Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist you will manage customer inquiries and complaints via email and live chat with no phone interactions involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email ensuring timely and clear communication (no phone calls)
- Moderate usergenerated content to comply with company policies and regulations
- Identify and address scams and fraud maintaining a safe online environment
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience
- Provide accurate valid and complete information to customers by using appropriate methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer support targets Interface effectively with other internal and client teams
- Participate in training to conduct correct and accurate moderation policies
- Support different workflows clients and markets as and when required
Requirements:
- C2 proficiency in German
- B2 proficiency in English
- EU Citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
- 01 year of experience in Customer Support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Desire to learn and grow within the field.
