Being a Customer Relations Coordinator you should be an expert in researching market data and trends to uncover what types of incentives boost customer loyalty and retention. You should also have excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer service teams and supervise their performance
- Analyze customer feedback to improve customer service
- Create and implement customer service guidelines and policies
- Provide excellent customer service including answering customer queries and responding to client feedback
- Respond to customer emails letters and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Reply to customer comments on different social media platforms
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Public Relations Communication or any related field
- Prior experience working in Customer Relations Public Relations or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to listen carefully
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to provide customer support in a calm and professional manner
- Experience of handling multiple social media platforms to answer customer queries and feedback
