We are looking for a talented individual to enhance our team as a Remote GermanSpeaking Medical Customer Advisor.

Position Overview:

As a Remote GermanSpeaking Medical Customer Advisor you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries resolving issues and offering expert guidance on our medical products and services. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and concepts as well as excellent communication skills in both German and English. Your background in medicine biology chemistry or a related field will be essential in delivering highquality support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Germanspeaking clients addressing inquiries related to medical products services and solutions.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding product usage application and technical specifications.
  • Utilize your knowledge of medical terminology and concepts to effectively communicate complex information to clients in an easily understandable manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and technical support to ensure seamless communication and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends product updates and best practices to enhance your knowledge and improve customer service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in medicine biology chemistry or a related field is required.
  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service particularly in the medical or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • A passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
