Job Title: SCCM Engineer
Work Location: Everett WA 98201
Duration: 12 Months
Job Type: Remote (PST Time Zone)

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Endpoint Management: Deploy configure and manage endpoint devices using SCCM.
  • Software Deployment: Plan and execute software deployments updates and patches.
  • Device Support: Provide technical support for client devices including desktops laptops and mobile devices.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure endpoint devices comply with security policies and standards.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on endpoint devices.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of configurations processes and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of endpoint devices.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in endpoint management and support.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SCCM (Intune a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar.
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g. PowerShell).
