Job Description
Growing company in Solon Ohioareaa need for a Plastics Engineer. This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement injection molding processes to achieve production goals.
- Optimize tooling and process parameters for improved product quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct mold maintenance and recommend repairs or modifications as needed.
- Monitor and analyze production data to ensure consistency and quality standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in injection molding technology.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in plastic injection molding engineering.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding machinery tools and materials.
- Problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software is a plus.
