Job Title: SCCM Engineer
Work Location: Everett WA 98201
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Endpoint Management: Deploy configure and manage endpoint devices using SCCM.
- Software Deployment: Plan and execute software deployments updates and patches.
- Device Support: Provide technical support for client devices including desktops laptops and mobile devices.
- Security Compliance: Ensure endpoint devices comply with security policies and standards.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on endpoint devices.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of configurations processes and procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of endpoint devices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in endpoint management and support.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SCCM (Intune a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g. PowerShell).
