Position: Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA Salesforce APM Module)
Location: Frisco TX Kansas City MO Atlanta GA
Duration: 6 Months
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:
- Facilitate workshops with Client stakeholders(Dev Architect and Product/Process Owners) to gather detailed requirements for application rationalization ensuring that all business technology and cost perspectives are captured in the APM solution.
- Collaborate with technical teams on APM architecture and solution design. Ensure that business requirements are translated into functional specifications for ServiceNow APM implementation.(Requires handson experience of ServiceNow APM Module)
- Conduct data analysis and portfolio assessments providing insights on application cost risk and business fit to guide decisionmaking in the rationalization process.
- Experience in creating dashboards/reports in ServiceNow and user stories for development.
Certifications :
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Mandatory) Additional CIS(Certified implementation Specialist) APM or other CIS certifications.
