Location: St. Louis MO (Hybrid)
Job Description
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience including 5 years in managing Guidewire projects.
- Minimum 3 years Guidewire Technical Lead experience with managing and mentoring junior and senior developers.
- Experience in Guidewire configuration or integration role in any Guidewire modules will be an add on.
- Demonstrable experience as a Guidewire lead of an Agile development team accountable for delivering and maintaining complex technical solutions.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Manage changes in the project scope schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Keeping an update on compliance regulations.
- Issues and problem management which may arise.
