Role: Workday Architect/Manager
Location: Iselin NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: Long term
Key Responsibilities
Execute the full SDLC including requirements analysis design development testing deployment and maintenance.
Oversee the development and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems using tools like Workday Studio Core Connectors and EIBs
Work closely with HR IT and other business units to gather requirements define project scope and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and user requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize HR operations.
Ensure designs comply with specifications and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday integrations and system performance.
Update project documentation and adhere to the software development lifecycle.
Continuously update technical knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing professional publications.
Technical Qualifications:
Handson experience building integrating and supporting applications in Cloud serverless architecture.
Experience with OAuth and Single SignOn (SSO) for secure authentication and authorization.
SAML based integration with enterprise applications and cloud providers.
Proficiency in Workday Studio Core Connectors EIBs and other integration tools. Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems.
Excellent coordination skills to collaborate with offshore leads and developers.
Experience with RDBMS particularly SQL Server and Oracle.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements in HR systems.
