Job Description
Job title: Lead Scrum Master(Telecom Domain)
Work Location: St Louis MO (Onsite)
Minimum years of experience: 10 Years
Job Description:
Work closely with the product development team to ensure that the work progresses on schedule within budget and to the desired level of quality.
Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
Develop and execute comprehensive program plans ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Lead crossfunctional teams to deliver projects on time within budget and to the desired quality standards.
Manage project scope schedule resources and risks.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
Identify and address potential issues proactively.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and with cloud platforms (AWS Azure).
Monitor and report on project progress including key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master/Program Manager in the telecom industry.
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate teams.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Certification in Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Experience with telecomspecific technologies and standards (e.g. 5G LTE).
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira).
