Job Description
Job Title: Scrum Master
Department: Education Management
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Director of Project Management
Summary:
Are you passionate about Agile methodologies and leading teams to success Atlantis University is seeking a dynamic Scrum Master to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies removing obstacles and ensuring the team stays on track to deliver highquality projects on time. If you have a strong background in Scrum and a desire to drive continuous improvement we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily standup meetings sprint planning sprint review and retrospective meetings
- Coach team members on Agile principles and practices
- Remove impediments to the teams progress and escalate issues when necessary
- Track and report on team velocity and progress towards sprint goals
- Work closely with product owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog
Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
- 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master role
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment
