Program Manager Junior (58 Years)

Primary Skills

Experience in leading smallerscale projects and supporting larger programs within the financial services industry.

Ability to manage project timelines resources and risks while ensuring effective communication with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Good exposure to project management best practices.

Strong understanding of financial markets particularly equities and derivatives.

Proven track record in handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Program Manager Medior (812 Years)

Primary Skills

Solid experience in managing mid to largescale technical programs particularly in trading or financial technology.

Strong technical understanding and the ability to bridge the gap between development teams and business stakeholders.

Experience in agile project management and handling multiple workstreams.

Strong experience in lowlatency platforms particularly in the financial sector.

Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex technical programs.

Indepth understanding of Java Kotlin Scala and lowlatency systems with experience overseeing equity derivatives systems.

Familiarity with peer programming and daily code checkin/review processes.
