Role Overview: You'll handle content creation community engagement and use advanced social media tools to drive brand growth and measure the results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop social media strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Produce and manage content on platforms like Facebook X/Twitter TikTok Instagram Reddit YouTube Twitch and LinkedIn.

• Use tools like Sprinklr Sprout Social and Dash Hudson to schedule content monitor engagement and analyze data.

• Analyze performance metrics to improve social campaigns.

• Engage with audiences to build a strong brand community.

• Work with marketing sales and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.

• Keep uptodate with digital trends.

Qualifications:

• Experience in community management or a similar role.

• Proficient in social media management tools (Sprinklr Sprout Social Dash Hudson).

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Knowledge of basic photo and video editing tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Digital Media or a related field is preferred.
