This is a remote position.
FoxMore Recruiting represent both National and Local Veterinarian Practices and Groups with 274 of open job "Split" requisitions as of 9/29/2024. If you have 3 experience recruiting Veterinarians or Physicians this is a great opportunity. We pay up to 94% client fees.
For clients you source
Annual Commission Structure: For Permanent Placement Positions in the US with candidates from US for Clients you source.
70% of client fee Full Cycle (filling Job Order and Candidate) on the first $150000.
94% of client fee Full Cycle (filling Job Order and Candidate) thereafter.
Example: 1
Your commissions cumulative for your 12 month anniversary period are $200000.
Gross Commission $200000
Recruiter Commission for first $150000 $150000 X .70 $105000
Recruiter Commission for $50000 balance is 94% $47000
Total Anniversary Commissions on $200000 $152000
Example: 2
Your commissions cumulative for your 12 month anniversary period are $400000.
Gross Commission $400000
Recruiter Commission for first $150000 $150000 X .70 $105000
Recruiter Commission for $250000 balance is 94% $235000
Total Anniversary Commissions on $400000 $340000
50% Split Commission Structure: If you place a candidate for another Recruiters client you get a 50% Split Commission.
Position is 1099 commission based
