Position: Senior Recruiter
- Pay: Negotiable Base Plus Commission
- Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Monday Friday
- Location: Tulsa Oklahoma

Position Overview
Were looking for aSenior Industrial Recruiterto join our team in Tulsa Oklahoma. This role is essential in sourcing interviewing and placing skilled trade candidates while managing various HR functions such as compensation benefits and contract negotiations. Youll also mentor sourcing specialists and recruiters ensuring high standards across the team.
What Youll Do:
- Source evaluate and place candidates for skilled trade positions in designated markets.
- Conduct interviews (phone and inperson) to assess qualifications and job fit.
- Match candidate skills to current and future job openings aiming for a weekly gross profit run rate of $6500 within 12 months.
- Act as the secondary contact for clients building strong relationships and meeting their hiring needs.
- Submit qualified candidates for open positions and maintain job postings in the database.
- Write and interpret job descriptions present candidates to clients and facilitate the hiring process.
- Manage candidate documentation including reference checks background screenings and drug tests.
- Assist with onboarding new hires tracking documentation payroll and other HRrelated functions.
- Participate in networking events job fairs and community outreach to promote opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new recruiting technologies and practices for skilled trades.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum of three years experience in recruiting or staffing or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Previous experience in a staffing agency particularly with highvolume commercial skilled trades or professional recruitment.
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques is a plus.
- Strong technical skills to manage multiple systems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and longlasting relationships.
- Team player with a willingness to train and support colleagues.
- High adaptability attention to detail and a strong commitment to followthrough.
- Motivated and energetic with the ability to work extended hours when needed.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
