Job Description
This is a remote position.
As a Candidate Referral Recruiter you can work parttime sourcing Doctors as a 1099 and Refer Active looking Doctors to earn large client fees taking tax advantage of being a contractor.
50% Split Commission Structure: If you refer an actively looking candidate and a FoxMore Recruiter can place it with one of our clients you get a 50% Split Commission of the fee below.
For clients you source (Active Full Time Recruiter Representing FoxMore)
Annual Commission Structure: For Permanent Placement Positions in the US/Canada with candidates from US/Canada for Clients you source.
70% of client fee Full Cycle (filling Job Order and Candidate) on the first $150000.
94% of client fee Full Cycle (filling Job Order and Candidate) thereafter.
Example: 1
Your commissions cumulative for your 12 month anniversary period are $200000.
Gross Commission $200000
Recruiter Commission for first $150000 $150000 X .70 $105000
Recruiter Commission for $50000 balance is 94% $47000
Total Anniversary Commissions on $200000 $152000
Example: 2
Your commissions cumulative for your 12 month anniversary period are $400000.
Gross Commission $400000
Recruiter Commission for first $150000 $150000 X .70 $105000
Recruiter Commission for $250000 balance is 94% $235000
Total Anniversary Commissions on $400000 $340000
