Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Phone and Chat Sales Representative to join our onsite team. In this role you will engage with customers through phone and chat to provide information promote our products and services and close sales. This is an entrylevel position and no prior sales experience is required as we offer full training to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound and outbound phone calls as well as chat inquiries.
Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending the right products or services.
Assist customers throughout the sales process answering questions and providing support to ensure a smooth transaction.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and performance metrics.
Keep accurate and uptodate customer information in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to share sales strategies and insights.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills.
A customerfocused attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations in a fastpaced environment.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and tools.
Preferred:
01 years of experience in sales or customer service (not required).
Familiarity with CRM systems or online sales platforms is a plus.
