We are looking for highly optimistic and driven Sales Executive who will be accountable for providing overall support to deliver the sales strategic business plan and achieve the company vision and objectives.

Working closely with the Sales Managers the successful candidate is responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for supporting the delivery of the sales strategic business plan and individual sales plans for all managed segments whilst supporting the overall vision and objectives.
  • Effectively develop and manage professional client relationships with the sales managers using an aligned strategic and planned approach to maximise growth.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies processes standards and legal requirements and successfully delivers results for all internal and external audits or reviews.
  • Ensuring that all legal and compliance processes are followed diligently and rates are applied correctly for each client to minimise any risk to the business.
  • Supporting with phonebased account management reporting and debt management
  • Drive a sales culture participating and coordinating campaigns to drive revenue.
  • Be an ambassador of the brand and position the company as highvalue and highquality hotel provider.
  • Support driving a sales culture across the business which sits within our core values and business principles



Requirements


What are we looking for

Education and Experience:

  • Ideally your background will be from the hotel industry with 1year previous sales or reservations experience
  • Preferably with full knowledge of the sales process strategies business development and account management
  • Bachelor Degree in Sales is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Knowledge of Opera (PMS)
  • Must have Qatar Driving License
  • Be energetic target driven passionate about people process and sales
  • High level of MS Office skills (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management problem solving and analytical skills
  • Team Player with ability to work in a multinational environment.
  • Responsible takes initiative and exercises good judgment.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Efficient calm and organized with great attention to detail.
