Job Specific Requirements : This exciting opportunity is in Carrier s Customer Care Center where we support our customers via telephone and written correspondence. Our B2B channels include Commercial Contractors Carrier Commercial Service (CCS) National Accounts and Carrier International offices who are seeking aftermarket replacement components. The Customer Care Center is a highvolume fast paced and metric driven callcenter with a team atmosphere. We emphasize customer satisfaction building strong business relationships and driving sales growth. Duties will vary as required including data entry basic reporting phone calls emails. Preparing basic reports and assisting customers with predelivery and post sales such as order entry order status expedite delivery price and availability and limited technical support. Excellent Customer Service Skills Ability to work with a team and independently Proficient in Microsoft Office Organized and attention to detail Familiarization with Salesforce is a plus Knowledge of HVAC products or related industry is a plus May involve overtime
