Position Overview:
We are seeking a Travel Customer Support representative fluent in Dutch and English to assist our clients with their travel inquiries and issues. If you have a passion for travel and excellent communication skills we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with travel bookings changes and cancellations.
Provide information on travel destinations services and policies.
Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Dutch and English.
Resolve issues promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Previous experience in customer support or the travel industry is a plus.
Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Customeroriented mindset with a passion for travel.
