Job Description
Our client a fastgrowing Consumer Goods company established two years ago is looking for an experienced Operation & Strategy Manager to join their dynamic team. The company is scaling rapidly and this role is crucial for driving operational efficiency and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth execution in logistics inventory and supplier management.
- Lead and recruit a highperforming team to support business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and partners to drive key business objectives.
- Manage distribution channels and ensure effective supply chain processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimizations.
Qualifications:
- 68 years of experience in the FMCG and Distribution sector.
- Strong knowledge of logistics inventory management and supplier relations.
- Proven experience in recruiting and managing teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing and improving businesses.
- Excellent leadership and decisionmaking skills.
