Datarails is a SaaS B2B solution that tackles one of the biggest challenges in financial departments: the overflowing amount of data that up until now was managed by tons of Excel sheets. We take this scattered and unstructured data and consolidate it into a single source of truth enabling finance professionals to follow it manage it and create the everneeded order within the realm of finances.

What Youll Do:

As a Business Operations Specialist at Datarails you will have a vital role in assisting our team through process optimization data management and facilitating smooth coordination among different departments. You will also be responsible for managing all of the companys information systems.

  • Be a key role of the Salesforce development and maintenance team create and maintain flows and automations.
  • Support and manage the adoption of new tools processes and ways of working across different departments
  • Analyze and cleanse data to ensure data integrity and quality.
  • Create and assess reports and analytics for diverse stakeholders to offer valuable insights into performance.
  • Assist cross organizational teams in processing software professional services and support opportunities

Requirements :

  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in Salesforce management.
  • Proficient in Salesforce Flows creating custom objects building dashboards and reports with a strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Experience in business process analysis and ability to translate business needs into technological solutions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and APIs
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users
  • Experience with integrating Salesforce with Gong Hubspot Salesloft Zendesk Docusign and ZoomInfo an advantage
