The opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst & Salesforce Admin with the skills and expertise to lead internal business data and process analysis in a global fastgrowing company. This parttime position (50%) reports to the Finance department and offers an exciting opportunity to work with various teams and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key company KPIs for Finance Sales Marketing and top management.

• Support crossfunctional business processes across multiple departments.

• Define and implement crossorganizational processes in Salesforce.

• Provide ongoing technical support including Salesforce configuration and system maintenance.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve business efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Business Administration Economics Information Systems or a related field.

• 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau or similar tools).

• Experience with salesforce; Salesforce implementationadvantage.

• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts advantage.

• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of business analysis.
