We are a global company seeking enthusiastic Frenchspeaking Customer Support Advisors to join our team in Bucharest Romania. This is a fulltime onsite position and we are looking for candidates who are either already located in Bucharest or are willing to relocate.
Position: French Customer Support Service Advisor
Location: Bucharest Romania (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support to Frenchspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Handle inquiries resolve issues and provide product/servicerelated information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and followup communications.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in French (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a customeroriented approach.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be located in Bucharest or willing to relocate to Bucharest (this is not a remote position).
