Job Description

Job Title: Pega Robotics Architect

Location: Princeton NJ

Duration: Fulltime

Role Overview:

  • A Pega Robotics Architect specializes in designing and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using Pega Systems technology.
  • They analyze complex business processes identify opportunities for automation and develop solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort (Pega Community).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis: Examine existing business workflows to identify inefficiencies and potential automation opportunities.
  • Solution Design: Develop comprehensive automation strategies and design RPA solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Development and Implementation: Utilize Pega Robot Studio to build and deploy automation projects ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability addressing any issues that arise.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders developers and other architects to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Pega features and industry trends to enhance existing automation solutions and practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Pega Robotics including experience with Pega Robot Studio and Pega Robot Manager.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to dissect complex processes and design efficient automated solutions.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing RPA projects from conception to deployment including task prioritization and timeline management.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification: Pega Certified Robotics System Architect (PCRSA) or other relevant Pega certifications.
  • Experience: Prior involvement in largescale Pega implementations especially in roles such as Pega Developer or Pega Architect.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with industryspecific processes particularly in sectors like banking insurance or healthcare.
  • This role demands a combination of technical expertise strategic thinking and leadership acumen to drive successful robotic automation initiatives within an organization.
