Job Description
Job Title: IBM Sterling DOM Consultant
Location: El Segundo California Onsite
Duration / Term: 6 months Contract
Job Description:
- Understand supply chain management retail order flow warehouse management and order fulfillment
- Create component diagrams flow diagrams and sequence diagrams
- Provide highlevel designs for Business Requirement Documents
- Mandatory knowledge of IBM DOM Blue Yonder WMS and IseriesOracle based (Legacy) Order Management Systems
- Manage and lead troubleshooting sessions and proactively work with business and IT teams to bridge gaps and permanently fix issues.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with business IT and teams( integrated) as an orchestrator
- Understand error handling frameworks
- Guide teams during various project phases
- Clearly depict business processes using diagrams
- Translate business requirements into architectural designs
- Experience in coordinating between multiple teams and stakeholders
- Fluency in both business terminology and IT jargon
- Ability to translate between business lingo and technical language
- Skill in communicating complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
- Tailor communication style for different stakeholder groups
