Job Description
Job Title: Production Support
Work Location: Edison NJ (Onsite)
Type: Full Time
Job Description:
- 5 years of experience in a 24x7 production support experience in a financially impactful environment
- 3 years of experience in incident change and problem management
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education military and work experience
- Knowledge of ISO 8583 message standards and regulations
- Knowledge of ISO20022 compliance
- Experience reading TCPIP traces
- Experience in Card and Payments domains
- Knowledge of regulations related with payments
- Knowledge of ACH RTP MuleSoft Murex Swift cross border and domestic payments
- Knowledge of technical issues related with payment cards and payments principles of organization and operation of payment card systems
