Job Description
Job Title: SAP ABAP FICO/SD
Job Location: Austin TX/Sunnyvale CA (3 days per week onsite)
Job Duration: Long Term
Responsibilities.
- Developing ABAP solutions as per the design document requirements (workflow and PI for interfaces)
- Work closely with SAP functional (SD MM PP FICO ) personnel to implement and deploy changes to SAP and other integrated or interfaced systems
- Participate in complex code reviews and provide feedback
- Demonstrate technical expertise in endtoend configuration of sales and supply chain processes in SAP (or S/4 HANA) SD MM and PP modules
- At least 5 years of handson experience in ABAP development in SD and FICO modules
- Interacting with the Architects Analysts and other IT delivery teams to understand the functional requirements
- Developing and implementing changes/enhancements using ABAP technology for BAU and small change aligned to SAP standard
- Providing technical input to projects delivering SAP changes to support initial project planning and estimation process
- Manage the construction of code based on a technical design following development standards
- Work with functional and other teams to understand business requirements and translate into technical specifications and solutions in accordance with client standards and architecture
- Design code and correct large and/or complex programs and program modifications as custom development or within an existing application
Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of handson experience in ABAP development in SD and FICO modules
- Full project life cycle SAP implementation including blueprinting configuration testing training and post implementation support
- Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time being a collaborative team member
- Knowledge of procedure and tools for communication with SAP via OSS
- Capacity to act as strong team player
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- A software developer designs develops and tests complex programs for SAP modules and functions using ABAP
