Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in software development/operations with a minimum of 5 years of handson experience in DevOps practices.
• Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure AWS or GCP) including managing network security compute and storage resources.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficient in Terraform ARM templates CloudFormation or similar IaC tools.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes including setting up and managing clusters.
• CI/CD Tools: Handson experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins Azure DevOps GitLab CI or CircleCI.
• Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python Bash or PowerShell for automation purposes.
• Monitoring & Logging: Expertise in monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack Datadog or Azure Monitor.
• Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git and Git workflows.
• Security Practices: Familiarity with security best practices including data encryption key management and vulnerability management.
• Strong ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and provide timely solutions.
• Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring DevOps teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Cloud certifications (AWS Azure or GCP) or DevOps certifications.
• Experience with serverless architecture and microservices.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and cost optimization in cloud environments
