Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work from any location and contribute to our mission of connecting talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess a strong understanding of recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various remote sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates including online job boards social media platforms and professional networks.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial candidate assessments through virtual resume reviews phone screenings and video interviews to evaluate qualifications skills and fit for client roles.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the endtoend remote recruitment process from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs job specifications and ideal candidate profiles ensuring that candidates align with their expectations.
  • Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends market conditions and competitor activities through online resources and remote networking to provide insights and recommendations to internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably within a remote or virtual environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of remote recruitment best practices sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote virtual environment managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in remote recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on delivering highquality remote recruitment solutions and exceeding client expectations.
