Cybersecurity Technical Program Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Technical Program Manager to join our growing security team. In this role you will be responsible for leading and managing
complex cybersecurity programs and initiatives that enhance our security posture and protect our critical assets. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the organization
including engineering operations and product teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of security programs.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the endtoend lifecycle of cybersecurity programs from initiation and planning to execution monitoring and closure.
Define program scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with overall security strategy and business goals.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans timelines and budgets tracking progress and identifying potential risks and issues.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive program execution ensuring effective communication and coordination across stakeholders.
Identify and manage program dependencies risks and issues implementing mitigation strategies and escalating concerns as needed.
Facilitate program meetings workshops and presentations effectively communicating program status updates and decisions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation including charters plans reports and presentations.
Drive continuous improvement of security programs identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency effectiveness and value.
Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats and trends incorporating industry best practices and innovative solutions into program plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security or a related field.
5 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on program management and
technical security initiatives.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex cybersecurity
programs.
Strong understanding of security frameworks standards and best practices such
as NIST ISO 27001 and CIS Controls.
Experience with various security technologies and domains such as network
security cloud security data security and identity and access management.
Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to
effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and address
complex security challenges.
Industry certifications such as CISSP CISM or PMP are highly desirable
