Job Description
Summary: We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) within the Global Product and Technology team to lead data governance initiatives. This role involves coordinating between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery support and governance processes for data management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background leadership skills and experience in data governance.
Position Info:
- Title: Tech Program Manager for Data Governance

- Duration: 6 Months
- Location: Seattle WA 98101
- Work Mode: Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Manage data governance programs ensuring ongoing support metrics reporting and process maturity.
- Collaborate with business partners to establish and maintain data governance standards and best practices.
- Translate business requirements into OKRs & KPIs driving team efficiencies.
- Liaise with stakeholders facilitating project planning and execution.
- Manage relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure project success.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Technical Program Management specializing in Data Governance Data Quality or Data Management.
- Expertise in analyzing stakeholder requirements and resolving technical issues.
- Strong problemsolving skills and experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience in Digital Transformation and devops/SRE best practices.
- BS/MS in a technical discipline; professional certifications in Technical Program Management are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD and experience with monitoring systems such as Datadog.
