Working closely with the Chief Inspector and Director of Services the PM will coordinate tasks set goals and drive project success through strategic planning and team collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination: Deliver projects on time within scope and budgetTeam Leadership: Work with the Director of Services and shop leads to coordinate internalresources and vendorsScope & Budget Management: Define project objectives manage scope adjustments and control costsClient & Stakeholder Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients and internal departments focusing on service excellence.Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks ensuring quality standards.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project records and prepare regular progress reports for senior managementKey SkillsProject Management: Demonstrated experience in managing projects with tight deadlines and budgetsTechnical Aptitude: Knowledge of project management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAnalytical & Problem Solving: Strong creative problemsolving skills and attention to detailCommunication & Leadership: Effective verbal and written communication skills with provenleadership abilitiesRequired Qualifications 24 years of recent project management experience ideally with budget oversight Proficiency in project management software and tools Ability to handle customer service demands with professionalism Preferred Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience PMP or PRINCE II certification security clearance and helicopter industry experience.Work Environment & Physical DemandsThis role involves working in a busy office environment and occasionally in the field.
