Summary:
This role involves performing advanced system support tasks in a help desk applications desktop and field environment specifically for the Department of Human Assistance. The individual will troubleshoot maintain and repair IT equipment and software support PC/laptop telework deployment and provide 2nd level help desk support.

Responsibilities:
- Operate maintain and repair IT equipment including desktop and network hardware and software.
- Perform complex diagnostics and troubleshooting for system issues.
- Provide 2nd level help desk support for both enterprise and client/server environments.
- Assist with imaging setup and deployment of PCs/laptops for telework across the department.
- Respond to customer service requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10; Windows 11 a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products.
- Experience with imaging software and automated imaging processes.
- Expertise in troubleshooting computer hardware and software problems.
