Position: IT Applications Project Manager Housing Systems
Location: Atlanta GA (30345)
Client: State of Georgia
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Project Manager to lead the transition of housing management software from Tenmast WinTen2 to Yardi Voyager. The ideal candidate will ensure successful implementation while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong project management experience with housing management systems
- Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Tenmast WinTen2
- Expertise in HUD PIC reporting and compliance
- Data analysis and migration experience
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
