Job Description

Position: HR Manager

Industry: Food & Beverages

Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
o Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
o Manage the fullcycle recruitment process including job postings resume
screening interviewing and hiring.
o Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure
alignment with business objectives.
2. Employee Relations:
o Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
o Address and resolve employee issues conflicts and grievances in a fair and
timely manner.
o Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
3. Performance Management:
o Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
o Provide guidance on performance issues and disciplinary actions.
o Support managers with employee development plans and career
progression.
4. Compliance and Legal:
o Ensure company policies and procedures comply with federal state and
local employment laws.
o Maintain uptodate knowledge of HR regulations and best practices.
o Oversee the preparation and maintenance of employee records and
documentation.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
o Manage compensation programs including salary reviews and adjustments.
o Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance
retirement plans and other perks.
o Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits
packages.
6. Training and Development:
o Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee
skills and knowledge.
o Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
o Promote continuous learning and development opportunities for employees.
7. HR Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
o Analyze HR metrics and data to drive decisionmaking and improve HR
processes.
o Provide strategic input on organizational changes and workforce planning.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills:
    o Strong knowledge of HR laws regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    o Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under
    pressure.
    o Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    o Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Working Environment:

  • Fulltime position
  • Officebased with occasional travel to other company locations as needed.
  • Collaborative and dynamic work environment

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
  • Saturday (8:30 am to 12:30 pm)

Salary:

$800 $1000
