Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
o Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
o Manage the fullcycle recruitment process including job postings resume
screening interviewing and hiring.
o Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure
alignment with business objectives.
2. Employee Relations:
o Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
o Address and resolve employee issues conflicts and grievances in a fair and
timely manner.
o Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
3. Performance Management:
o Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
o Provide guidance on performance issues and disciplinary actions.
o Support managers with employee development plans and career
progression.
4. Compliance and Legal:
o Ensure company policies and procedures comply with federal state and
local employment laws.
o Maintain uptodate knowledge of HR regulations and best practices.
o Oversee the preparation and maintenance of employee records and
documentation.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
o Manage compensation programs including salary reviews and adjustments.
o Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance
retirement plans and other perks.
o Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits
packages.
6. Training and Development:
o Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee
skills and knowledge.
o Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
o Promote continuous learning and development opportunities for employees.
7. HR Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
o Analyze HR metrics and data to drive decisionmaking and improve HR
processes.
o Provide strategic input on organizational changes and workforce planning.
