  The currently open position for a Business Designer Manager involves comprehensive responsibilities ranging from formulating business strategies for clients new market entries to planning and designing services creative direction and supporting growth postrelease. In the context of daily life where most people engage in financial transactions and purchases an advanced Experience Design is crucial to ensure sustained usage by a large audience. Please devise a more convenient and smarter purchasing experience driven by consumer needs.

  Amidst the current national push for cashless transactions and financial digital transformation (DX) keywords like BaaS/Embedded Finance are gaining attention prompting many companies to enter or strengthen their positions in cashless and financial businesses. This trend is expected to accelerate requiring the creation of new business models that seamlessly integrate payments and finance into everyday life assuming the digitalization of cashless and financial services. In this environment our company leverages over 10 years of extensive consulting experience in the cashless and Fintech industry combining an external expert perspective with the viewpoint of an operator through the operation of payment and Fintechrelated businesses. This unique approach strengthens our ability to provide essential business support. As the Business Design team is in its launch phase you may also contribute to the initial organization formation. Furthermore due to our groupwide business operations you will have various opportunities not only in providing consulting services to clients but also in contributing to the business design of our inhouse projects. The role involves close collaboration with our leadership forming multiple project teams within the company and overseeing the management and development of team members.

  Specific Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and service design for new businesses that accurately capture the payment and Fintech market
  • Collaboration with local banks to promote cashless initiatives as part of regional revitalization
  • Conceptual design system development business design and marketing for new businesses and services
  • Development of payment strategies and support for the introduction of unique payment methods for clients in industries such as finance retail and telecommunications
  • Support in environmental analysis and strategic planning for midterm management in the finance and payment industries

  Experience of 3 years or more in one of the following:

  1. Planning marketing and UX/product design experience in new services at a business company digital agency advertising agency etc.
  2. Experience in UX consulting at a consulting firm.
  3. Individuals who resonate with our vision and values (common to all).

Conditions / Benefits

Annual Salary:JPY based on experience ability and previous work experience

• Salary adjustments: Once a year
• Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)
• Overtime allowances for exceeding regular working hours are provided (subject to position/grade).

Hours: 9:30 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)

• Depending on the position/grade it will fall under flextime specialist discretionary labor system or management and supervisory discretionary labor system.
• The abovementioned hours are the standard and employee determinations may vary.
• Overtime work beyond regular hours is expected.
• The flextime system does not have a core time.
