Schedule: Midshift
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Recruitment Operations for Volume and Corporate hiring
- Manage sourcing strategies and endtoend recruitment processes
- Ensure effective hiring for volume requirements in the BPO sector
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of endtoend recruitment experience specifically in BPO
- At least 4 years of experience as a Senior Manager in recruitment
- Strong background in managing highvolume hiring initiatives
