Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Sydney Time with 1 hour unpaid lunch

Job Overview:
As a Recruitment Specialist you will play a pivotal role in expanding our team by identifying attracting and recruiting top talent in sales creative and gaming sectors. You ll be responsible for endtoend recruitment processes from sourcing candidates to onboarding ensuring that we hire the best professionals who align with our company culture and growth objectives. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is essential and a background in the gaming/media industry is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source identify and engage with candidates across various platforms with a strong focus on LinkedIn Recruiter for roles in sales creative and gaming industries.
- FullCycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding including posting job ads screening resumes conducting interviews negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements team culture and longterm hiring goals.
- Market Research: Stay uptodate with trends and best practices in the recruitment of sales creative and gaming professionals ensuring we remain competitive in the talent market.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates creating a pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion by implementing strategies to attract a wide range of candidates and ensuring unbiased recruitment processes.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics including timetohire and source effectiveness to improve recruitment processes continually.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment preferably within the sales creative or gaming/media industries.
- LinkedIn Recruiter Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for talent sourcing is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the gaming and/or media industries is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities capable of handling multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
- TechSavvy: Comfortable using recruitment tools ATS systems and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Cultural Fit: Ability to work in a fastpaced remote environment while being selfmotivated and proactive.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adjust schedules and support hiring across Australia and the UK time zones.
