Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in Spanish Portuguese and English to join our team in Szczecin. In this position you will deliver outstanding support to our customers in multiple languages. Our 2week training program and learning by doing methodology will provide you with valuable handson experience while ensuring continuous support from a Training Buddy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to customers in Spanish Portuguese and English through email chat and phone interactions.
- Address inquiries troubleshoot issues and offer information about our products.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by effectively responding to customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex customer challenges.
- Work during day shifts from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday with every second Saturday being a workday.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Spanish (C2) and Portuguese (C2) with B2 level proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Previous customer support experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
