Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist fluent in German and English to join our team in Szczecin. In this role you will provide exceptional support to our customers in both languages. Our 2week training program and learning by doing approach will help you gain valuable handson experience with continuous support from a Training Buddy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in German (C2) and English (B2) via email chat and phone.
- Address inquiries troubleshoot issues and provide information about our products and services.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by effectively resolving customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address more complex customer issues.
- Work during day shifts from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday with every second Saturday designated as a working day.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German (C2) and English (B2).
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
