Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist fluent in Norwegian and English to join our vibrant team in Warsaw. In this role you will provide topnotch support to our customers ensuring their needs are met and their experiences with our services are positive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in Norwegian and English across various channels including phone email and chat.
- Address customer inquiries troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions promptly.
- Engage in a comprehensive 2week training program to build your knowledge and skills.
- Utilize a learning by doing approach to gain practical experience while receiving ongoing support from your Training Buddy.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and share valuable insights.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 AM 07:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 09:00 AM 06:00 PM (two weekends per month required)
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Norwegian (C2 level) and English (B2 level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
