Job Description
Location: Szczecin Poland
Languages Required: German (C1) English (B2)
Employment Type: OnSite
Key Responsibilities:
- Address technical questions from customers and offer effective solutions.
- Help customers troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our products and services.
- Collaborate with the technical team to tackle complex inquiries.
- Keep precise records of customer interactions and technical challenges.
- Engage in continuous learning to remain informed about our products and technologies.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (varied shifts)
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Basic technical knowledge; ability to explain concepts like VPN and IP address.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused approach.
- Prior experience in technical support or a similar role is advantageous but not required.
- Capability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
Training:
- We provide a comprehensive 68 week onboarding training program to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed for the position.
