Job Description

Location: Szczecin Poland

Languages Required: German (C1) English (B2)

Employment Type: OnSite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address technical questions from customers and offer effective solutions.
  • Help customers troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to tackle complex inquiries.
  • Keep precise records of customer interactions and technical challenges.
  • Engage in continuous learning to remain informed about our products and technologies.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (varied shifts)

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
  • Basic technical knowledge; ability to explain concepts like VPN and IP address.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused approach.
  • Prior experience in technical support or a similar role is advantageous but not required.
  • Capability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.

Training:

  • We provide a comprehensive 68 week onboarding training program to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed for the position.
