Requirements
- A MINIMUM 5 (FIVE) YEARS of experience as a Chef IN STEAKHOUSE and FINE SEAFOOD restaurants
- 2 years of formal education in commercial cookery.
- EXCELLENT communication (English)
- A strong understanding of various cooking techniques methods and AUSTRALIAN cuisine.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
