Job Description
We are working with a software development technology company company and as part of their continued growth NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their Singapore team.
Were looking for a Senior ML Engineer with over 5 years of experience in deploying scalable AI solutions. This leadership position involves directing the development of AI models particularly focusing on the innovative Large Design Model (LDM) which is designed to seamlessly transform designs into code.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in AI and web development alongside demonstrated leadership skills and a history of scaling AI models. Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript or TypeScript is essential as well as experience with at least one frontend framework (React/Angular).
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Development of Scalable AI Solutions: Take charge of architecting and building foundational AI models to create scalable solutions.
- Develop Advanced Algorithms for UI Pattern Detection: Work on innovative models that identify UI patterns and comprehend their underlying semantic meanings. This role entails developing algorithms that recognize and interpret design components clarifying their purpose and interrelationships within a user interface. Refining model training processes will also be essential to ensure robust scalable solutions that enhance the performance of the Large Design Models.
- Establish and Oversee Data Quality and Annotation Frameworks: Define implement and manage pipelines for data annotation cleaning and validation. Ensuring highquality datasets for training machine learning models is vital for improving overall performance and reliability across product features.
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience with foundational AI models.
- Expertise in computer vision models along with familiarity with prompt engineering and LLMs.
- Proficient in HTML/CSS/JavaScript or TypeScript with expertise in at least one frontend framework (React/Angular).
- Strong grasp of web development principles and familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Penpot.
- Experience in deploying scalable AI/ML models.
