Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
2. Lead and manage a team of employees including hiring training and performance evaluations.
3. Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients partners and stakeholders.
5. Develop and maintain company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
6. Oversee financial management including budgeting forecasting and reporting.
7. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Foster a positive and productive work environment for employees.
9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role preferably in a similar industry.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving business goals.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
6. Familiarity with financial and budget management.
7. Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
8. Fluency in both English and Thai.
9. Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.
10. Flexibility to travel as needed.
