Our client is seeking a Outside Sales Representative/Project Manager to drive new business and manage projects from start to finish. The company offers a wide range of products and services including hardwood laminates luxury vinyl sheet vinyl carpet area rugs linoleum countertops custom stair runners and carpet repairs. The candidate will focus on serving residential clients commercial contractors subcontractors and property maintenance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Showroom Coverage: Engage with customers order samples and assist with product selection.
- Sales & Project Management: Perform measurements write estimates and oversee project execution from sale to installation.
- New Business Development: Prospect for new business via various channels including networking with contractors property managers and designers.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain high customer service standards while handling client inquiries and issues independently.
- Transition Opportunity: The role may evolve into a fulltime project manager position for high performers.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $60000 $70000
