Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze video content in Dutch ensuring it aligns with community standards and policies.
  • Identify and flag inappropriate or harmful content for further action.
  • Stay uptodate with content moderation policies and apply them consistently.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while moderating content.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve moderation processes.
  • Handle sensitive content professionally while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Native Dutch speaker.
  • Good command of English (B2 or above).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick accurate decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle sensitive content.
  • Previous experience in a contact center is an advantage but not required (training provided).
  • Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools.

Work Conditions:

  • Schedule: Monday to Sunday working 5 days per week.
  • Hours: Rotational shifts between 7 AM and 11 PM.
  • Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week.
