Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and moderate video content in Dutch ensuring compliance with community guidelines.
  • Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content.
  • Stay informed about company policies and ensure consistent application.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and focus while moderating content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes and guidelines.
  • Handle sensitive content professionally and with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Native Dutch speaker.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong attention to detail and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and manage sensitive material.
  • Previous experience in a contact center is a plus but not essential (training provided).
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools.

Work Schedule:

  • Days: Monday to Sunday working 5 days per week.
  • Hours: Rotational shifts between 7 AM and 11 PM.
  • Total Hours: 40 hours per week.
