What Youll Do: As a German Junior Campaign Specialist youll be at the forefront of our clients mission collaborating with an exciting portfolio of clients to launch their first online advertising campaigns. This is your chance to be a trusted consultant guiding businesses in optimizing their digital presence and driving their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultative Engagement: Partner with clients to onboard and develop impactful PPC campaigns tailored to their goals.
• Needs Assessment: Detect and understand customer needs and objectives to create effective advertising strategies.
• Performance Optimization: Drive spending increases upselling opportunities and campaign sustainability for longterm success.
• HighVolume Client Interaction: Manage a bustling schedule of potential clients through engaging phone calls providing exceptional service and support.

Who You Are:

• Educational Background: BA/BS degree or equivalent; a degree in Marketing Digital Marketing or Communications is a plus.
• Experience: 12 years in sales or online advertising bonus points if youve dabbled in PPC campaigns!
• Driven and GoalOriented: You have a strong desire to meet or exceed productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
• Communication Pro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch effectively and create compelling proposals.
• Organizational Wizard: Great time management skills allowing you to prioritize and organize your day efficiently.
• Analytical Mind: Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make datadriven decisions.
• CustomerCentric: A passion for client interaction and a commitment to achieving business goals.
• Team Player: Ready to thrive in a fastpaced and everevolving environment.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C2 level) and a high level of English.
